Shipping Method: We ship all domestic orders using Stamps.com via USPS First Class Mail (or USPS Priority for larger orders). You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Area: We currently only ship within the United States.
Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. Please contact us at briardesigncompany@gmail.com if you experience issues with delivery, and we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at briardesigncompany@gmail.com with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.
