Briar Design Company is a sole proprietorship offering handmade jewelry inspired by timeless femininity, floral elements, and fine craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully designed and crafted by hand.

 

2. Products

​

All products are handmade, which means slight variations in color, size, or shape may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects but part of what makes each piece unique.

We do our best to represent products as accurately as possible through descriptions and photos, but we cannot guarantee exact color matches due to differences in screen displays.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

We accept payment through secure, trusted platforms including Wix Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders will not be processed until payment is complete.

 

4. Shipping

 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak times or for large orders, processing may take longer.

 

Shipping Method: We ship all domestic orders using Stamps.com via USPS First Class Mail (or USPS Priority for larger orders). You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 5–10 business days total from the time of purchase (processing + shipping).
     

  • Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary based on location or postal delays.
     

Shipping Area: We currently only ship within the United States.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. Please contact us at briardesigncompany@gmail.com if you experience issues with delivery, and we will do our best to assist.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

 

Because our products are handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at briardesigncompany@gmail.com with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, images, text, and branding on this site are the property of Briar Design Company and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without our written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Briar Design Company is not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions to materials (please check product descriptions for known materials).
     

  • Damage resulting from improper use or care of the jewelry.
     

  • Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., postal delays).
     

All products are intended for personal use and not for resale.

 

8. User Conduct

 

You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to: fraud, spam, hacking, or infringing on intellectual property.

 

We reserve the right to terminate access or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
